When I posted my Mint Dirt Pie recipe, so many people commented about how they love mint & chocolate. We are big fans of mint & chocolate at our house, so I decided to come up with a brownie variation of that dirt recipe.
Mega Mint Brownies
Brownie Mix + egg & oil per directions
Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
Mint Oreos
Andes Mint Baking Chips (I used the regular & peppermint varieties)
Chocolate Chips
Peppermint Extract
Frosting (I used some I had on hand)
Candy Canes
